SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable $100 Security Deposit will be added to EACH package
BALANCE DUE DATE
$100 secures your date and is applied to balance. Balance is due 7 days prior to event and no adjustments can be made.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees starting at $70 will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY

You have a 24-hour window from the time and date of your reservation to cancel without incurring charges.

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for any reason except rain (for outdoor events).

No changes can be made to reservations within 7 days of the event.

***Outdoor events will not be set up in case of rain, threat of rain, or winds over 20 MPH. A $100 deposit will be retained if we arrive to set up for an event and are unable to proceed due to weather conditions or location policy.
