SECURITY DEPOSIT
$100 secures your date and is applied to the balance.
BALANCE DUE DATE
Custom items require 100% payment at the time of booking, while 50% of the package payment is due 7 days prior to the event. No adjustments can be made once booked.
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fees starting at $70 will apply
CANCELLATION POLICY

You have a 24-hour window from the time and date of your reservation to cancel without incurring charges.

A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for any reason except rain (for outdoor events).

No changes can be made to reservations within 7 days of the event.

***Outdoor events will not be set up in case of rain, threat of rain, or winds over 20 MPH. A $100 deposit will be retained if we arrive to set up for an event and are unable to proceed due to weather conditions or location policy.
